How to complain

The objective of this complaint procedure is to provide a structured process for clients to raise concerns or complaints regarding our salon services. We are committed to addressing and resolving these concerns promptly and to our guests’ satisfaction where possible.

If you have a complaint or concern about any aspect of our salon services, please contact us as soon as possible,

  • The date and time of your appointment if applicable.

  • Any relevant details or documentation, such as photos or receipts.

 

Step 3: Investigation and Resolution

 

  • Upon receiving your complaint, we will initiate an investigation to understand the issue fully.

  • We aim to acknowledge your complaint within five working days or receive it and provide you with an estimated resolution time. 

  • Our salon management will work diligently to resolve the issue and communicate the resolution to you. 

 

Step 4: Closure and Feedback

 

  • Once your complaint is resolved, we will provide you with a summary of the actions taken to address your concerns. 

  • We welcome your feedback on the complaint-handling process to help us continually improve our salon services. 

 

Confidentiality:

All complaints and related information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in compliance with the Data Protection Act and other relevant regulations.

 

Documentation: 

A record of all complaints and their resolutions will be maintained for internal review and regulatory compliance purposes.
